The Jewish Holiday Year.

Rosh HaShanah = The New Year Festival. Work is prohibited for two days.
Yom Kippur = Day of Atonement. Work is prohibited.
Sukkot = Festival of Booths (Tabernacles). Work is prohibited for two days.
Shemini Atzeret = Eighth Day Closing Festival. Work is prohibited.
Simhat Torah = Day of Rejoicing with the Torah. Work is prohibited.
Hanukkah = Celebrating the Miracle of the Light that Lasted Eight Days.
Tu B’shvat = New Year for the Trees.
Purim = Feast of Lots, reading of the Megillah of Esther.
Pesach = Passover Festival. Work is prohibited on the first, second, seventh and eighth days.
Yom HaSho'ah = Holocaust Memorial Day.
Yom HaAtzma'ut = Israel's Independence Day.
Lag B'Omer = 33rd Day of the Omer Count.
Shavuot = Feast of Weeks (Pentecost). Work is prohibited for two days.
Tisha B'Av = Fast Day Mourning the Destruction of the Temple.
